 We collect information you provide when you create a MangaMango account, upload content, or otherwise use the service, including: 

a. Identification information.  For example, your email address, username, and authentication credentials used to sign up or log in. If you choose to add a photo, location, or other optional details to your profile, you should be aware that such information is public, and therefore visible to anyone who visits your profile page.

b. Information about trading in MangaMango. When you use the payment function, we may receive a digital purchase receipt from the app store provider. The purchase receipt may contain a unique identifier the app store provider assigns to you as well as information about the purchases you make, the time at which you make those purchases, and the amount spent. This information is used to credit your account with the services you purchased. The information may be subject to the app store's terms and policies, which we do not control.

c. The using situation of you. We collect how you use the information of our product, such as the content and type of activities, the functions used, the operation of the execution, the accounts interacting with others and your online time, frequency, and length of your online time. This information enables us to optimize our product services and allow you to recognize products.

 2. Information collected from the service you use

 We collect information about you and the devices you use to access the service, such as mobile phone, or tablet.

The information that we collect includes:

a. Device information. We may collect device-specific information (such as your hardware model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information including phone number). MangaMango may associate your device identifiers or phone number with your MangaMango user account.

-Details of how you used our service, such as your search queries, reading history, bookmarks, and transaction history;

-Internet protocol (IP) address;

-Device event information such as crashes, system activity, hardware settings, browser type, browser language, the date and time of your request and referral URL;

-Cookies that may uniquely identify your browser or your MangaMango user account.

c. Location information. When you use a location-enabled device, we may collect and process information about your approximate location, like the GPS signals sent by a mobile device. We may also use various technologies to determine approximate location, such as sensor data from your device that may, for example, provide information on nearby Wi-Fi access points and cell towers, for advertising, analytics, or to protect access to content that is geo-locked due to regional licensing restrictions.

We also use cookies and anonymous identifiers when you interact with services we offer to our partners, such as advertising services or MangaMango features that may appear on other sites.

3. Account and profile data from third party services

If you choose to log-in, access or otherwise connect to our Services, or contact us through a third-party service, we may, for example, collect identifiers including your user ID and user name associated with that service, as well as any information you make public using that service. We may also collect information you have authorized the service to share with us (such as your user ID, billing information, public profile information, email address, birthday, pages you have "liked" and other account and profile data).

-Get mobile phone configuration: Collecting your device number, so that we can synchronous data after your log-in.

1. With your consent

 We will share personal information with companies, organizations or individuals outside of MangaMango when we have your consent to do so, for example at your direction or when you authorize a third party application to access your information.

 We provide information to our affiliates or other trusted businesses or persons to process it for us, such as accounting for the Ad Revenue Program, based on our instructions and in compliance with our Privacy Policy and any other appropriate confidentiality and security measures.

 In connection with providing, maintaining, or improving our services, including service providers who access information about you to perform services on our behalf, such as transaction processing and fraud prevention, or third parties that run advertising campaigns, provide special offers, or other activities on our behalf or in connection with our services. Please be aware that when you use third-party sites or services, their own terms and privacy policies will govern your use of those sites or services

4. Safety and compliance with the law

 If we have a good-faith belief that access, use, preservation or disclosure of the information is reasonably necessary to:

a. Meet any applicable law, regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request.

b. Enforce applicable Terms of Service, including investigation of potential violations.

c. Detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues.

d. Protect against harm to the rights, property or safety of MangaMango, our users, or the public as required or permitted by law.

 5. Aggregated and anonymized information

 We may share aggregated, non-personally identifiable information publicly and with our partners – like publishers, advertisers or connected sites. For example, we may share information publicly to show trends about the general use of our services.

How long we retain your information

We retain data until it is no longer necessary to provide our services to you, or until your account is deleted - whichever comes first.

 Information we receive from you, including transaction data related to purchases made using iTunes, Google Play will be retained and used to the extent necessary to comply with legal obligations, such as investigations or applicable tax/revenue laws, or to resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, or as otherwise described in this policy.

We also retain log files for internal analysis purposes. These log files are generally stored for a brief period of time, except in cases where they are used to improve service functionality or security, or where we are legally obligated to retain them for longer periods. We also retain information from accounts disabled for terms violations for at least a year to prevent repeat abuse or violations.

Your choices

People have different personal privacy concerns. Our goal is to be clear about what information we collect, so that you can make meaningful choices about how it is used.

 Here are some of your choices related to personal privacy:

1. You can provide, edit, or remove certain information from your public profile by editing your profile. You may also change or correct your private MangaMango account information through your account settings.

2. If you no longer want MangaMango to use your information to provide the Services to you, you may delete your account.

Deleting your account will permanently remove your profile, bookmarks, comics,and comments from MangaMango, along with personal information associated with your account.

Visit ME，click or tap your user name. If you're not logged into MangaMango , you'll be asked to log in first.

Scroll down to the Delete account section and click or tap Delete Account.

Read the resulting confirmation message, then click or tap Delete account.

3. Be aware that any personal information that you choose to share in public spaces such as comments or profile walls can be read, collected, or used by others, or could be used to send unsolicited messages to you. MangaMango generally does not remove content from public spaces, so some of your posts or comments may remain public even after your account is deleted, though your name and profile photo will no longer be displayed alongside any posts. You are responsible for the personal information that you choose to post in public spaces through the Services.

4. If your personal information is wrong, we strive to give you ways to update it quickly or to remove it — unless we are required to retain that information for legitimate business or legal purposes. When updating your personal information, we may ask you to verify your identity before we can act on your request.

5. Where we can provide information access and correction, we will do so for free, except where it would require a disproportionate effort. We aim to maintain our services in a manner that protects information from accidental or malicious destruction. Because of this, after you delete information from our services, we may not immediately delete residual copies from our active servers and may not remove information from our backup systems. Please note that we may reject requests that are unreasonably repetitive, require disproportionate technical effort (for example, developing a new system or fundamentally changing an existing practice), risk the privacy of others, or would be extremely impractical (for instance, requests concerning information residing on backup tapes).

Security

Your personal information is important to you, and protecting that information is important to us. We take reasonable measures to protect MangaMango and our users from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or loss of information we hold, including administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. 

 Your account information is protected by a password. It is important that you protect against unauthorized access to your account and information by choosing your password carefully and by keeping your password and device secure, such as by logging out after using the Services.

Unfortunately, no method of transmission over the internet or method electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of the transmission or storage of your information.

About children

Our service is not applicable to anyone under 13 years of age. Children under 13 years of age please do not use MangaMango. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.

Changes to this policy

Our Privacy Policy may change from time to time, at any time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will post any privacy policy changes on this page, These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.if the changes are significant, we will provide a more prominent notice (including, for certain services, email notification of privacy policy changes).
